Can I study law for three years in jss Clg and then work for Indian defence administration department?
Hello Pallavi,
The Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS officer) is one of the crucial posts in the Defence Administration department. It is meant for maintaining the complete accounting of the Defence Services. The eligibility criteria for the Indian Defence Accounts Service exam are the same as for other services ie. the candidate needs to be a graduate in any discipline from a UGC recognised university. So, if the aspirant gets successful in qualifying the civil services and also an allotment to the service as per his/her rank, for IDAS, he/she has to then go for a special training. So, to answer your question, yes you can join the Indian defence administrative services after completing your graduation provided you clear the civil service examination first. Good Luck!
