Yeah of course, you can study MS in Aerospace Engineering after completion of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering.
If you are interested in Space Craft and Air Craft then MS in Aerospace Engineering is the best choice.

but cse was different from aerospace engineering. how can that be useful to pursue aerospace engineering

If you are interested in Space Craft and Air Craft then you can go for MS Aerospace Engineering even you studied Computer Science Engineering in B. Tech. If you are interested in studying Master's in the field related to Computer Science Engineering then you can go ahead with MS Computer Science Engineering, MS Information Technology, MS Data Science etc.
