Can I study Psychology after pursuing an undergraduate in Physics(B.Sc Physics)?
hello,
If you've Chosen BS c. Physics, there is unfortunately not a way you can study psychology unless your start your year again with psychology as a subject. You can look into psychology courses from online sites for example EDX is a great site to study not only psychology but any other course from Universities like Harvard, MIT, Stanford and many more. The courses are free but you will have to pay for the certificates which has its own instructions and assignments.
Another problem is that you cannot pursue even a masters in psychology if you don't have that as a subject in the UG course. Therefore if you really want to study psychology as well as physics, you can even look into distance learning or redo your year.
Hope this helped. Good luck for your future!
Hello student,
No you cannot do so. You will either have to restart studying again for BSC in psychology from year 1.
I actually still have another doubt. You see, I was stuck in a dilemma to choose Physics or Psychology.
I finally chose to pursue B.Sc Physics. The thing is, I still want to study Psychology and I am very intended to pursue it. No matter how, is there a slightest chance of possibility that I could do it? You spoke about "restarting the course". Does that mean I'll have to start from year 1 for Psychology as I do for Physics? If so, then I am glad because I somehow get a chance to study it.
Looking for getting more cleared
Thank you.
