Hello Aspirant,

Yes you can. As per the protocol, unless you receive the caste certificate you will have to carry out the verification procedure with the receipt token, and the officials are bound to accept the token temporarily unless you submit the original certificate.

Sir what if I completed my degree course without submission of validity certificate (ST) cause it still processing in validity office. Validity office still does not responding. so my college hold my LC & tell me that your LC cannot be given by college to your admission query. So what should I do, i payed all fees as open candidate so far but they still telling me to take validity first then you will get LC.
