can i submit my certificates in 2nd round councilling which i have failed to submit in 1st round certificate verification process

when the competent authority calls you for document verification you have to submit all your documents at a time. But since you missed to submit one document in the first phase, they would definitely give you a chance to submit your documents in the 2nd phase. So don't panick and follow their guidelines regularly not to miss any further updates. If you have a strong reason of failing to submit your documents then you will get a chance or if they find your reason not valid then you have to follow their instructions accordingly. Hope it helps,
