You can apply to IIT Hyderabad with a 6.3 CGPA in B.Tech, but only through the GATE route for M.Tech or PhD.
- M.Tech (GATE route): Eligible if you clear GATE.
- M.Tech (Direct without GATE): Not eligible unless you’re an IIT graduate with CGPA ≥ 8.
- PhD: Eligible if you have GATE/NET and perform well in interviews.
So yes, admission is possible, but you must qualify through GATE or similar exams.
