Hi,
Yes definitely you can get admission in any government pharma College on the basis of your neet score. However, NEET is not required for pharmacy. There are other entrances which are conducted by Institute or Govt. By which you can take admission into pharmacy.
The eligibility criteria for B. pharmacy is that, candidate have to qualify in class 12th Science with Physics , Chemistry , Biology / Mathematics.
