can I take direct admission on it without participating of their entrance exam

Different colleges have different selection criteria for filtering the candidates for the college. So, if you apply for a college which considers the Entrance exam then it requires you to clear the entrance with good percentage or rank. If the college you choose considers 12th board marks then you don't have worry about any entrance exam.
