Definitely you can take ISRO(or DRDO or BARC) exam if you belong to ECE category.
These research organisation released recruitment notification for all branches as per the vacancy.
But this year ISRO recruitment has been closed in january .If you are interested in ISRO jobs then you need to wait for next session.
