Yes, you can register in second round of counselling in COMEDK.
Based on your rank you have chances to get seat through JEE Main in NITs and you have chances in VIT as well.

thanks for reply mam , but when i am opening"Login Comedk Uget application " & goes to counseling process then a dialog box appear showing "not eligible for counseling process "....

you can't participate directly in round 2........you must have to participate in 1st round
