Dear Aspirant,

I understand your concerns regarding your certificate uploading for EWS category.But as far as my knowledge is concerned you need to upload the EWS certificate during the JEE advanced registration or your category will be considered as general.But you must have uploaded the EWS certificate during the JEE Mains exam registration the same form should be valid for this registration also.So best of luck and hope your query is resolved.
