Hello Aspirant,
No there is no need to submit income certificate in JEE-Main registration form but you need to submit your income certificate in the institution allotted to you through counseling on the basis of your JEE-Main score.
In application/registration form of JEE-Main you can enter the annual income of your family as per that income certificate.
