Yes, for sure you can.Digilocker certificates are perfectly valid.Digilocker certificateis treated as original if you haven't received a hard copy from cbse.So, if you don't have the original one then you can provide it. You will be asked to produce a printout of thecertificatefromdigilockerduring counseling but till then you will receive the original one too so no issue with that.
