Your EWS Certificate is valid for 1 Financial year. So if you have a EWS Certificate for the year 2020-21, it is valid until March 31st 2021 because in April, the new Financial year begins. Going by this, you can use your EWS Certificate of 2020-21 for JEE Mains September 2020. In fact you can use it until March 31st, 2021.
