can I use obc certificate in neet ug councling instead of rba ?? ...and will I get reservation or not???

Hope you are doing great.
As per your question, if you are providing with the OBC certificate then you will be getting the OBC reservation in the NEET exam. One will only be eligible for the category, which they have specified in the exam. Hence, until and unless you provide the RBA certificate, you will not get its reservation.
