can I wear black leggings on 13 sept?

I am providing you the dress code for NEET which is to be conducted on September 13.

• For male aspirants, long or full sleeve shirts/ t-shirts are not allowed.
• Clothes should be simple and should not have zips, pockets, huge buttons, etc.
• Male aspirants can wear simple trousers/pants
• Shoes or any covered footwear is not allowed. Candidates are advised to wear slippers or open-toed sandals.

• Female candidates are also advised to wear half sleeve t-shirts/shirts/kurta.
• Shoes, boots, heels, and other fancy footwear is not allowed inside the examination hall. They are advised to wear slippers.
• Long sleeves and fancy sleeves clothing is not permitted
• Clothing should be simple and should not have elaborate embroidery, buttons, frills, etc.
• Female candidates should avoid all metallic/non-metallic jewelry.

Dear student please wear light colour clothes according to the guidelines that have come for NEET UG try to wear short sleeve shirts kurti or T shirts. Avoid wearing any cloth which is body fit. Try to wear slippers and not any fancy footwear. avoid wearing denim pants as it contain buckle which is of metal and also it contains up and these are the things which are not allowed also as you are talking about black leggings try to avoid wearing leggings because they might not allow you to go into examination hall.

in the end I would like to tell you try to wear as simple clothes as you can wear and loose clothes also

You should specify which paper you are talking for.If you are talking for ordinary days then it is all ok whatever you wear. But of you are asking for a paper then you should be aware of dress code.Go for official site to look at the dressing pattern. Hope it is helpful.
