There will be a notification on NTA website. Follow it and produce the required certificate and affidavit for your backout or it may be possible that they will just ask to correct it online.
Just follow the notification and news tab on NTA website. If nothing is happening then call the help center whose contact number is given in help section of NTA website. Also drop a mail to there mail Id.
