Hello!

There are a lot of Merit cum means scholarships available for financially weak candidates. Some candidates are offered partial or full scholarship based on the financial situation of the candidates.

Apart from that all the banks readily provide loan without any collateral security and co applicant for A,B and C. So don't worry, it isn't a problem.

Hello,

Yes, IIMs offers a need based Scholarship over and above the scholarships provided by the Govt.of India, Alumni and Industries. IIMs special need based scholarships are actually for those students whose gross annual family income is below Rs.15,00,000. In other hand all SC/ST students in the postgraduate programs are awarded Rs.150 per month for 10 months.
