Hi, you want to apply for ECIL. The minimum requirement for ECIL is the candidate must have completed or pursuing B.E., ITI, BTech etc . So you are certainly eligible for ECIL.

There are a total of 84 seats.

The PSU is not hiring candidates with Information Technology background. But you shouldn't be too disappointed because there are some PSUs, like OMPL, ONGC, and DRDO that hire Information Technology graduates.
