JEE MAIN Counselling is undertaken by JoSAA. JoSAA is also the Authority for Allotment of Seats in IIT's. So just stay chilled counselling will start after 15th June after the declaration of AAT Results.

No issues. Exact dates of counselling are yet to come. Stay calmed and even if then also issue persists then you may contact JoSAA with same issue. They will understand your problem and provide you with proper solution to it.

JEE mains counselling takes place only after results from every board have been declared.

They allow to sit in the councelling with a condition, that is you get admission, then you will have to show you marksheet when the results are declared, and if you do not met the criteria, the admission stands cancelled.
