can lock down date be increased? why yes or not
As per government's order,lockdown has been declared till 15th April only, the extension dates are all rumours which have been denied by the government, now what measures government is going to take after 15th April onwards to deal with the pandemic in terms of restriction and all isn't known to us, we can only get the view of reality in the time to come.

As of now the number of cases are increasing and if this trend follows till 10th April then definitely lockdown has to be stretched. Because the virus has infection rate of 2.5 to 4 which means that if we have say 1000 cases on 10th April, then we might be looking at 2500 to 4000 cases after one week and then ~10000 next week, so the lockdown have to be stretched, Even our neighbour country China had to lockdown for more than 2 months to control the disease.
However, if miraculously the number of cases do not spike up till 10th then we might be looking at some relaxation in lockdown but still complete removal of lockdown isn't going to happen. Still all the major exams are not going to happen in the April, work from home may be continued.
