Yes the medical aspirants can study MBBS abroad but there are certain criterias. From this year onwards if a medical aspirant want to study MBBS in foreign universities then the individua needs to qualify NEET. And only qualifying neet will assure them a seat. A good score is needed. And after studying if you want to practice in other countries then you need to give another examination.
So if you want to study abroad try to clear NEET with good score first.
