can my daughter appear in mop round 2021 & go for upgradiation ? she has already taken admission in 2nd round

So with regard to your query, NO, your daughter is not eligible for the mop-up round as she already secured the admission. Mop-up round is only for those candidates who did not get any seat in 1st and 2nd round of counselling. Also, even before taking admission you can apply for the mop-up round for the purpose of upgradation. However, as she already got admitted she cannot go for the mop-up round.
