Hello Aspirant,

If we go through the current eligibility criteria of NEET, NIOS students are provisionally eligible for NEET but it subjects to the verdict of Hon'ble SC because the case is still pending in SC so yes you will be eligible for NEET 2021 but there are some criterion which needs to be fulfilled in order to appear for NEET :

** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.

** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.

** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2021, as per the current eligibility criteria.

** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.
