According to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your approximate rank would be near about 1,83,000 and on the basis of this rank it is little bit difficult to get any of the NITs in India according to the previous years cut-off trends.
But yes you can try for lower NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Silchar and so on but if you want to get admission in top NITs then you have to score around 95 percentile.
