can obc not apply for banasthali vidyapheet university

Banasthali Vidyapeeth is only for women . It is a residential institution and offers education from primary to doctrate. However, females from any caste or creed can apply. No educational institition can deny you admission based on caste, race or creed. It is against the constitution and is a punishable offense.

I am a girl but when I fill the form there is no option of obc category is showing

While filling form for banasthali University there was no option of obc in caste column. So should I choose general ? Can anyone explain this?
