Can OCI candidates apply under AIQ for other states? Will they be considered under normal fees or management quota? need guidance....

Dear Srikanth, the Medica Council of India has recently reported to Supreme Court that he definition of NRIs, PIOs and OCIs in regards to resevation through NEET is determined by the respective State Governments. The State Government of Karnataka has maintained its stance stating that OCIs do not have right to seek admission under Government Quota seats and get access to subsidised education. NRIs, OCIs and PIOs are placed under the same category can apply under only NRI quota seats. And only Indian nationals can participate under Management seats. Coming to 15% All India quota, OCIs and PIOs can claim 1 out of 15% seats.
