Can one get entry in round 2 of medical colleges in karnataka even if not registered in round 1 for a non state candidate

Dear Sandeep, Karnataka is an Open State and hence even if you do not hold domicile of Karnataka, you can still be eligible for its State Counselling. Having said that, the registration and document verification process was completed in June. Those candidates who successfully registered and completed the document verification only can complete the choice filling process eventually for subsequent rounds. So if you havent completed the registration and document verification unfortunately you cannot do it now.

Are you sure that one gets only one chance to register which is before round 1? Even in Neet mcc counselling you get chance to register before each new round

If you are not a domicile of Karnataka then you cannot participate in its state counselling because state counselling is only for those students who are domicile of that particular state . But yes if you were a domicile of Karnataka then you could have participated in round 2 of counselling even if you had not participated in round 1.

But i am talking about admissions to private colleges in bangalore through neet rank. I heard Karnataka is an open state for pvt colleges and admission is on neet rank merit

Yes it was my mistake and yes you are right Karnataka is a open state and thus you are eligible for 2nd round, even though you didn't participate 8n round 1 .
