Can one join Para SF through airforce X group?

Hey there
Para special forces are of army and they do not allow air force or navy guys to join para special forces the reason is that you are not being trained in that way army forces have higher physical trainings than air force and navy it is because navy and air force cadets have to learn aviation etc.
