Can other state candidates apply for counseling in Kerala of NEET-UG 2021 and if yes then what is the procedure for that?

If you don't have domicile of Kerala or to put in other words if you are from different state, even then you can do MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS from colleges in Kerala.
You will have to register for AIQ- All India Counseling that is done for 15% seats in all the medical colleges in all the states. AIQ is done by Medical Counseling Committee(MCC) after the declaration of NEET result. You will have to register yourself at official site of MCC
