can percentile will change after release of JEE mains final key on 23.1.2019 since i secured 05 more marks in final key answers

The official results will be released after the completion of the April session of the exam. Your rank may change, however your percentile results are released relative to the performance of other students, you cannot be able to predict your raw score unless released by NTA. So, there is little chance that your percentile score will change.
