Hello dear,

Yes, a government employee can pursue an LL.B ., but it depends on the service rules of their department and whether they obtain the required permission/NOC.

For a regular 3-year LL.B., attendance requirements may also make it difficult to continue a full-time government job.

So, check your department’s service rules and obtain permission before taking admission.
