Masters in English will not fetch you job in Either of the embassies, Whether it is an Indian or Abroad Embassy. If you looking for job in Indian Embassy You have to crack IFS ( Indian Foreign Service Exam) along with CIvil Service Exam . IFS exam is a part of IAS (Indian Administrative services). You can directly Crack IAS exam for Jobs in Indian Embassy. If you looking for job in Indian Embassy in foreign Nation, You have to be under merit list and shortlisted by respective country and Language of that particular country is important. Once you are shortlisted you will be straight away working on employment visa offered by them.

If you looking for job in foreign Embassy you should have good knowledge in  International foreign affairs. You should have completed your Bachelor and Masters program in International Relations, Political Science, Sociology and Foreign Policy, The Main thing is, you have to be citizen of that particular country. Many diplomats hold Masters and Postgraduate programs who are working for embassies.
