Can u please tel me how can i get PwBDcertificate and where, Is it possible to take in any hospital and what standard required by the doctor

Hello Lucky,
In order to get a PWD certificate you have to approach the district government hospital and asked for
your disability related surgeon,like if person is blind then he need a eye surgeon.
Surgeon will examined your disability and you will get a disability certificate or PWD certficate.
