Hi aspirant,
Unfortunately you cannot join the Merchant Navy after B. Tech CSE. You either need to be a Mechanical/Marine/Electronics/Electrical engineer to work as an Engineer Officer in the Engine department or you need to do Bsc/Diploma in Nautical Science to work as an Officer in the Deck deparment. Only Mechanical engineering students of Naval graduates can appear for Graduate Marine Engineering examination & only Electronics students can appear for ETO electrical officer exam.
