see, its too late now to apply for B.arch in a govt college as the application time is over.
however you can appear in the JEE main paper-2(for architecture) in january 2020 for admission next year.
admission in private colleges like amity university are open.

alright so i suppose you already gave the jee exam.the best architecture colleges are:school of planning and architecture, delhi(spa)iit, kharagpuricfai, hydrebad(nata)iit, roorkeesir jj college of architecture, mumbai(nata)pls visit their respective websites for admission related queries.
