There is no any management quota in any of AIIMS. You need to qualify AIIMS entrance test with good marks to get admission in any of AIIMS across India. And also the fees are decided by HRD ministry, you need to pay fees according to that and there is no rebate or hike in fees unless any decisions is taken by HRD ministry.
