Hi.
I believe you are asking how to start preparing for JEE Mains in class 11th.
You have the advantage of time because you are starting early and that is actually good. Do not stray from your studies, NCERTs is important and self study is even more. Joining coaching institutes is strongly recommended because that will devote your 4-5 hours daily for completing the JEE Syllabus from a competitive point of view. DO NOT FEEL SHY WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS. Many of the times students say, they got a question in the exam which they left a doubt and did not clarify it.
Make sure you that learn to manage time and understand your own learning pace, that is not an easy part that this is where having ample of time will be beneficial. Listen to your teachers, they will guide you right. There are more comprehensive tips available on THIS PAGE .
If you have a further specific query please feel free to comment.
Best of Luck.
Hello,
Let me guess that, you are asking that how to prepare for the JEE Exam, when you are in your 1st year of college. So, let me tell you that, this time it will be difficult to prepare for JEE exam, because you even have to read for the college exams also.
So you have to firstly make a proper time management. You have to study on daily basis and study at least for 4-5 hours for JEE exam. Now as you are in college, so I am taking the case that you have complete knowledge about the exam and its pattern.
So the best thing for you in this time is that, you should solve previous year JEE question papers. It will helps you very much. As you have already know about this exam, so this time you have to just revise the old concepts.
And solving the previous year papers will be a good option. Don't go for too many books, but if you want to read some book then go for ncert. Below, I have posted a link. Here you can get the previous year papers.
