Can we apply for scd govt.collage aftrr the last date is over after paying some late fine?

Hello Arjun,
I'm sorry to inform you that this is not possible.
The application forms for the college are filled online and so once the last date is reached, the application form link just stops working and it is taken off the official college website.
This may be possible in private colleges as management quota and donations work there, however this is usually not possible for government colleges so you cannot do this in SCD Government College.
