can we ask time to the college officials for original documents submition in ts eamcet spot counciling ??

According to the official information released you have to contact the principal of the respective institution and they will provide you a date. The Internal sliding/On spot admission started from 19/11/2020.

I would recommend you to read the notification properly so that there can't be any hampering in the process.
