can we buy room outside of the college campus it is allowed every college of the second

I hope you are doing well !
If you are trying to say ,you wants to buy or rent a room outside during your college then you can buy or purchase but if you are buy a room and after complete your course, you might be left that cities for job or higher studies .Then this room is not usable ,so better you can take rent a room .It will easy for you .But if college provides hostel facilities then you can utilise this benefiters too .
