Can we change college after 11th and will I get bifocal subject that I want in 12th ?

It is unlikely that you change the school after 11th and chnge the stream because the most board like CBSE , board registration is completed in 11th , but if the board registration is not done then it is possible you choose another stream in 12 for that you have to contact your school .
