Can we change interview date if we are out of station at that time?

In some cases you can ask for rescheduling the interview.You may have to communicate with your recruiter, you need to be polite and respectful when asking for rescheduling.You can send a mail to your recruiter stating your reason for absence and let them know how this job job is important to you.Write and e-mail in a professional way.Once sending them an email ensure that you let your recruiter know about your email, you may call them or meet them in person if possible or text message them to consider your request.If your recruiter is well convinced, then your interview may get rescheduled at some other time.Don't be so demanding and rude.Adjust to the given schedule.If this is your any on campus or off campus interview then it is not possible to reschedule your interview.Kindly ensure that you reach a higher authority and make sure whether you can reschedule your interview or not.If yes, then you can follow the above procedure.

You haven't mentioned the exam you are enquiring about. But unfortunately you cannot change your interview date on your own. May be you will have to consult the team which looks into this to check the possibility of changing your interview date to some other convenient date. But if this is for an entrance examination that you have been shortlisted for, unfortunately, you cannot change the interview date.
