No you can not. Once you have booked your exam centres and slot then you can no longer alter it.

Hii Anagh!
The exam center for VIT Vellore, VITEEE entrance exam, once booked cannot be changed. There's no such official announcement regarding the permission to change centres. Also, the slot booking dates have been postponed until further notice. So, once filled an exam centre or booked the slot, you can't change it. Visit the official website for updates.
