Can we change the choices filled after 1st round of allotment?

Dear aspirant,
I would request you to kindly mention the name of the counselling in which you are taking part so that I can guide you in a more accurate and organised manner.
If you are taking part josaa counselling then you won't be allowed to change your choices once it is locked. Same it is for wbjee counselling. But for private colleges you can changes in every round.
