can we change the mode of answering papaer in coorection window of nneet

As per the official notification of NEET 2021, the exam will be conducted in the pen paper mode and the total marks of the exam is 720 and 3 hours of time will be allocated. Thus, you can't change the mode of examination as there are no alternate ways you can ask for. If you are visually disable then you can take another person for assistance as per the GOI rules and instruction by NTA.
