Can we clear iit by self study?

From preparation point of view:-

First found out, what is your core subject and go fot it, mine was maths.

Always find out what is your weak point and try giving time on it. Improvise it.

Dont give too much time on one topic, just understand what it says and apply it in numericals.

Dont go for the aim that i have to solve each and every book available in the market to crack JEE.

Dont pressurised yourself, always take breaks while you study.

Ok from books point:-

MATHS:-

NCERT (everyone says, its rubbish and its too simple but believe me it is a good book, always read its theory)

RD SHARMA (give major time on 12th class edition)

RD OBJECTIVE (just do coordinate geometry and algebra from it, your calculus and vector algebra will be covered in Ncert & RD sharma)

Any previous years paper book

CHEMISTY:-

NCERT (extremely beneficial for physical and inorganic chemisty)

There are tons of book and coaching study material but if i were in your pants i would only take VMC modules because the theory and numericals are all upto the point, they are not fat books like pradeep, and it will save you an enormous amount of time.

PHYSICS:-

DC PANDEY SERIES (It consists of 5 books namely Mechanics 1, mechanics 2, waves and thermodynamics, optics and modern physics ,electrodynamics and magnetism. Its a pretty good book and explains concepts from ground zero, and by the time you finish one chapter youll become a master)

HC VERMA (Now, this book is a fad among everyone who wants to crack JEE even some also use this in college. U can try solving this but i consider that DC pandey is enough)

Chapterwise and topicwise by arihant publications ( reason why? Contains tons of numericals all asked in competitions varying from GUJ-CET to JEE Advanced, just for practice after all practice makes a man perfect)
