Can we directly apply for aprils jee main exam if not filled the form for januarys exam

Yes, You can aply for April month exam. There is no issue, you didn't apply for January month exam.
The application form of April Session exam is expected to release from February 8, 2019 & the exam will be held April 6 to 20, 2019. You can check the complete information with the given below link.
