You can only take admission in any private medical colleges in India by qualifying in NEET 2018. After that you need to fill the application form for each state Medical counselling conducting authority. Have to attend physical counselling in that particular state where you are interested. The qualifying cut-off percentile in NEET is over 50 percentile. However with coming of NEET all back door entry, capitation charged by colleges etc is over. You will get seats in a particular private medical college on your merit. The difference is just that the fees structure which can vary from 5 lakh to somewhere around 25 Lakh Per annum but that needs to be paid in Demand Draft and not cash to college.
The admissions for Medical courses and universities in India will be offered on the basis of national level exams results. Candidate can get the admission in any state medical and dental college only through national level entrance examination. Also admissions to Medical postgraduate courses will be offered only through NEET PG examination.

You can't directly approach the Private institute for admission. You must first register with your state or MCC NEET admission portal via NRI quota and then proceed. Also you must write NEET to be eligible for admission procedures.

No you cannot do that. You'll have to register for NRI quota and submit details of your marks. NEET is a must.
