Yes, you can do BA even if you are doing BA LLB  and yes both at the same time.

This is because,

UGC has given its approval that one can go for pursuing two courses at the same time, the only condition is that one cannot pursue both these courses in regular mode i.e for both the courses to be legal, one  course can be in regular mode and other course in distance mode from Open University or online.

One can choose two different colleges for pursuing the two different degrees, that is one in regular mode and the other in open/ distance mode or one can pursue the two courses from the same institution or college provided it offers both regular and distance education.

So , if you are doing BA LLB in regular mode you can definitely pursue BA as well but you will have to pursue your BA  in a distance mode , you can pursue it either from the college from which you are pursuing BBA LLB right now ,if it offers distance education in BA or you can pursue it from recognised Open Universities like IGNOU .
